I am surprised that all 4 tires held air.
The back tires filled up easily.
I had to jack up the front tires off the ground to fill them.

 30 psi to front tires.
The jack rachet did not work, so I used an adjustable wrench with the jack.
The oil looks clear. Maybe it was just changed before the car was parked?
Power steering fluid looks good too for being ancient.
Looks like the coolant needs to be topped off.

Checking if the engine will turn after sitting 27 years.

 Watch the video on youtube:

Changed battery, oil, spark plugs, condensor, points and fuel filter. Topped off coolant and transmission fluid. Then bypassed the 27 year old gas in the gas tank and attached the fuel pump to a gas can.

At least one of the front brakes were frozen as we could not push the car outside. The brake pedal also went right to the floor, so the brakes will need repair.

All of the lights function properly.

The transmission works. We jacked up the rear end to test it as at least one of the brakes was frozen and we could not get the car outside.
